So this is the second part of my series of places to visit in Montreal.

Do you know that Montreal hosted the Summer Olympics in 1976?

There was a velodrome constructed in Montreal for the Summer Olympics which is now known as “Montreal Biodome”. It’s a perfect family outing with five ecosystems under one roof. When you visit Biodome, it is like a walk amid the nature.

If you are planning to visit Biodome, you can visit Jardin Botanique as well. It is known as one of the world’s greatest botanical gardens. You can attend various events and activities here throughout the year. It has Chinese Garden, First Nations Garden and Japanese Garden.

Planetarium and Insectarium are also near by. If you are planning a trip with your kids then these two are super amazing places to visit and your kids will love it.

There are also many museums in Montreal that you can visit with your kids. Quick Tip: First Sunday of every month is free. Wink Wink
