How to conduct sprint retrospective session?

What is sprint retrospective ?

It is the recurring meeting planned at the end of every sprint to discuss what went well during the previous sprint completed and what could be improved for the next sprint.

In an agile framework, it is considered as an essential part for developing and delivering complex projects.
